Plant Health Services offers several different options to improve and maintain a variety of lawn types. We currently maintain just about any type of lawn that can be grown in Middle Tennessee, from bluegrass to zoysia.
Cool Season Packages:
Estate Package - This package is our most extensive plan, and is intended for the homeowner who wants to maintain a well-manicured lawn year-round.

Fall Aeration and Seeding
Standard Package - We designed this package for the homeowner who likes his yard looking good, but can only drag the hose around and water for so long. Applications stop in late June to early July, when cool season lawns begin to fail without adequate irrigation.

Disease Management – Partial Season Control
Economy Package - The economy package is for the homeowner who wants to keep the weeds out of the lawn and doesn’t mind brown patch in the lawn once summer arrives.

Basic Package - Plant Health Services also offers a basic package to landscape contractors who need to keep costs at a minimum, while still maintaining a quality lawn. Fungicides are not a part of this program, but are available if requested.
